After we confirm your payment, you will receive our package within 6-10 business days.

Delivery time includes order preparation and shipping. Deliveries are not prepared on weekends and Korean holidays, and will not be delivered on Sundays and other holidays.

Please note that depending on your order and country, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order, for which softromaine cannot accept liability.

The refusal or payment of such fees causes a full cancellation of the order.

Transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

EXCHANGE / RETURNS POLICY

Items purchased on softromaine.com are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

All items must to unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return.

softromaine.com reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the requirements above. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.

The return shipping fee is not covered by us.

REFUNDS

We usually accept returns within 3 business days of their arrival at our warehouse. During peak times, it could take up to 7 business days.

Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email.

The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used as listed below:

Credit Card - Our bank will reimburse you within 7 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back yo your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer.

PayPal: You will see the refund in your PayPal account within 24 hours of the Return Confirmation email
